Finding a way

For automobile drivers

when using the expressway

Seoul: Gyeongbu Expressway → Cheonan-Nonsan Expressway → exit to Jeongan IC and use a national highway
Incheon: Seohaean Expressway → Seopyeongtaek JC → Anseong JC → Gyeongbu Expressway → Cheonan-Nonsan Expressway → exit to Jeongan IC and use a national highway
Busan: Namhaean Expressway → Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway → Daejeon Nambu Belt Way → Honam Expressway → exit out to Yuseong IC and use a national highway
Daegu: Gyeongbu Expressway → Daejeon Nambu Belt Way → Honam Expressway → Yuseong IC
Gwangju: Honam Expressway → exit to Yuseong IC and use a national highway

For train users

get off at the Daejeon Station and use an intercity bus

Seoul: Seoul → Daejeon (takes about 50 min. for KTX, 1 hour and 30 min. for Saemaeul train, 1 hour and 30 min. for Mugunghwa train)
Busan: Busan → Daejeon (takes about 1 hour and 50 min. for KTX, 2 hours and 45 min. for Saemaeul train, 3 hours and 15 min. for Mugunghwa train)

For bus users

Express: Gangnam Terminal in Seoul (Seoul ↔ Gongju) 30 min. interval, takes about 2 hours and 20 min.
Direct: Nambu Terminal in Seoul (Seoul ↔ Gongju) 10 min. interval, takes about 2 hours and 20 min.
